About DEKON

A local crew. Federal standards.

"We built DEKON to do the work that can't fail — and to do it from this corner of the country, with people from this corner of the country. Every project gets the same answer: documented, certified, and done right." — Dan Kelley, Owner

DEKON Environmental Services LLC is a Farmington, New Mexico-based environmental remediation and commercial construction contractor founded in May 2024 by Dan Kelley, who brings 28 years of construction experience and 16 years of dedicated environmental work. The company serves the Four Corners region — including significant work on Navajo Nation, BIA, and other tribal lands.

Past performance anchors include a 202,000-ton asbestos-impacted soil excavation on a Fortune 500 hyperscaler data center campus (zero recordable incidents), a 20,000-ton lagoon sludge remediation at a federal test facility, a 3,200 cubic yard asbestos soil removal on BIA tribal land, and a 9,200-gallon fuel tanker spill response that received formal commendation from a federal On-Scene Coordinator. Client names withheld for procurement neutrality — full project references available to qualified prospects on request.

Service lines include asbestos sampling and abatement, mold and hantavirus remediation, HAZWOPER 40-hour emergency response, hazmat soil and waste transport, indoor air quality testing, and confined-space work. The construction division provides site preparation, dirt work, drainage, and commercial cleaning. SAM.gov-active (UEI NARD6L7LPW3, CAGE 1A8J1), AHERA-certified, DOT #4411852, EPA ID NMR00032243, NM License #417265.
